John, his wife & their young family moved to the Durham Region in 1989 taking up residence in the Whitby area. After working for over 31 years in the communications sector, John has joined the Judy Stacee & Garry Free Realty Team at MinCom New Choice Realty Ltd. For the past couple of years John has also managed his own company developing properties to create rental income opportunities.

In his spare time he enjoys cycling with his daughter along the many trails of the Durham Region as well as participating in the Princess Margaret Hospital Ride For Heart and Stroke. Although John's childres are now young adults, he continues to enjoy spending time with them. Another of John's long time passions is woodworking.
